Last summer, my 27 year old old TRANE air-conditioner finally gave up on me in the middle of a scorching heatwave. But luckily, I found this awesome HVAC company called The Mechanicals Inc. right here in Mead/Longmont, Colorado. The owner, Sean himself, came to my house and started fixing my AC unit. I was worried it would cost me a fortune, because I had already gotten an estimate from another local company. But Sean was super honest and said he might be able to replace a few parts and get it working again. And guess what? The estimate to troubleshoot and to do that work was way cheaper than having to spend thousands of dollars! So, I let him do the repair. And within 45 minutes, he had my Trane air-conditioner back up and running. Not only that, he even gave it a thorough cleaning and made it look almost new! I am very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that this company offer’s. I have used them on my personal home and with my clients home’s when I list them. As a realtor HVAC and A/C’s on home’s always are big ticket items that come up during inspection.
